Save for your retirement by writing your own money-making website.

How are your retirement savings doing?

Last year the value of my retirement savings dropped by over 19%. And I don’t suppose things will be much better this year.

For me, it doesn’t take all my neurons firing at once to figure out that I can’t depend on investment savings for my retirement.

In fact, I’m fortunate in having been more than a little paranoid on this topic for a few years now.

Put simply, I just don’t trust Wall Street to take care of my retirement.

Nor do I believe I can depend on the companies I work for to keep paying me forever.

It was this kind of thinking that led me to start exploring alternative ways to generate a more secure level of income for my future.

What did I do? I started to write a website.

It was that simple. My plan was to write a site that would contain a ton of pages of useful information. Then, once I got enough visitors, I planned to add contextual ads, like Google’s AdSense ads, and join a number of related affiliate programs.

Did it work?

Indeed it did.

While my investments fell in value by over 19%last year, the income from my modest website rose by 116%. So far it seems to be recession-proof.

What is this site about? It’s about coffee. You can see it at CoffeeDetective.com.

As you can see, it’s not a very sophisticated site. It simply contains a great deal of useful information for anyone interested in brewing coffee.

This simple website generates between $2,500 and $6,500 a month in income.

The sum varies simply because the coffee business is surprisingly seasonal. The big checks come in after the Christmas season, when people buy plenty of coffee makers and grinders for themselves and their loved ones.

Best of all, this is just a part-time site. I work on it at weekends and sometimes during the evening. And when I get really busy with work, I might not touch the site for weeks on end. But that doesn’t mean the site stops making me money.

Far from it. The revenues continue to grow even when I’m ignoring the site.

Could you do the same? Could you create a recession-proof source of income for your retirement simply by doing what I did?

Absolutely you can.

You can go ahead and get started on your own, or you can follow the exact steps I took by getting a copy of my program, "How to Write Your Own Money-Making Websites".

The program is based on my experiences and learning while creating my own sites.

It’s a simple, step by step process and, if you work at it, pretty much foolproof.
